数据保存

• 时间记录、类型、目标、回顾和设置默认保存在你的设备上。
• 如果你主动使用 iCloud 备份，普通备份会保存在与你 Apple ID 关联的私人 CloudKit 数据库中。
• 时间积木不使用广告、第三方分析或跨 App 追踪，也不运营用于接收个人时间记录的传统服务器。

健康数据

• 经你主动授权后，时间积木可以读取 Apple 健康中的睡眠分析数据，用于在本机生成睡眠时间块。
• HealthKit 来源的睡眠记录及可推断其时间的信息，不会进入自动 iCloud 备份、普通备份文件或普通 CSV 导出。
• 只有当你主动选择“完整数据导出”时，导出文件才可能包含睡眠信息。导出前，App 会提醒你选择可信的保存位置或接收对象。
• 时间积木不会将 HealthKit 数据用于广告、营销、用户画像、医疗诊断或治疗建议。
• 你可以随时在健康 App 的“App 和服务”中关闭时间积木的睡眠读取权限。

App 内购买

Pro 永久版由 Apple 的 App Store 处理付款和购买资格。时间积木不会取得你的银行卡或完整付款资料。购买资格不会写入时间记录、普通备份或 iCloud 备份。

导出、删除与保留

• 普通备份可以用于恢复非 HealthKit 数据。
• 完整数据导出由你主动发起。系统分享页面关闭后，时间积木会删除本机临时导出文件；你保存或发送出去的副本由你自行管理。
• 你可以在 App 的“设置 → 关于 → 删除本机数据”中删除本机记录和设置。此操作不会删除与你 Apple ID 关联的 Pro 购买记录。
• 你可以在“设置 → iCloud 备份 → 删除全部 iCloud 备份”中关闭自动备份，并删除时间积木创建的全部云端备份。

时间积木不提供医疗诊断、治疗或医疗建议，也不是医疗设备。

Data storage

• Time records, categories, goals, reviews, and settings are stored on your device by default.
• If you choose iCloud backup, ordinary backups are stored in the private CloudKit database associated with your Apple ID.
• TimeBlock does not use advertising, third-party analytics, or cross-app tracking, and does not operate a traditional server that receives your personal time records.

Health data

• After you actively grant permission, TimeBlock can read sleep analysis data from Apple Health to create sleep blocks on your device.
• HealthKit-derived sleep records and information that could reveal their timing are excluded from automatic iCloud backups, ordinary backup files, and ordinary CSV exports.
• A file may contain sleep information only when you actively choose Complete Data Export. The app warns you to choose a trusted save location or recipient before export.
• TimeBlock does not use HealthKit data for advertising, marketing, profiling, diagnosis, or treatment advice.
• You can revoke Sleep access at any time from Apps and Services in the Health app.

In-app purchase

Apple processes payment and entitlement for Pro Lifetime. TimeBlock does not receive your card details. Purchase status is not stored in time records or backups.

Export and deletion

• Ordinary backups restore non-HealthKit data.
• Complete exports are initiated by you. TimeBlock removes its temporary local export file when the system share sheet closes; copies you save or send remain under your control.
• Delete Local Data is available under Settings → About. It does not affect the Pro purchase associated with your Apple ID.
• Delete All iCloud Backups is available under Settings → iCloud Backup and turns off automatic backup before deleting TimeBlock cloud backups.
